Captain mode: ACTIVATED!


Today, our HMS captains and the inspiring youth coaches of tomorrow took a significant step forward in enhancing their leadership abilities! This was not just any ordinary day; it was a transformative experience filled with a variety of engaging activities designed to challenge and develop their skills. From thrilling escape room challenges that rigorously tested their patience, communication abilities, and teamwork to immersive role-playing exercises that simulated real-life captain scenarios, we witnessed an incredible growth in confidence and a remarkable increase in participation as voices rose and ideas flourished!

We want to extend a huge shoutout to all the players who bravely stepped up to the plate, spoke out with passion, and thought creatively outside the box. Public speaking? They absolutely nailed it with poise and clarity. Teamwork? Their collaboration was spot on, showcasing their ability to work harmoniously towards common goals. Leadership? This is just the beginning of their journey, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to evolve and inspire others.
